Scratchbuilt O Gauge / 1:43 - low relief stone goods warehouse + coal merchant Fabulous model, scratchbuilt and unique. Made primarily of embossed plasticard, painted and weathered and with other detail parts such as doors and windows. Especially suitable for a Welsh or Yorkshire based diorama or scene. Sturdily built building with reinforcements at the rear and in the corners. Approximate dimensions at the widest points are 30cm (main building) and then another 22cm with the entrance gate and coal merchants (52cm in total) x 8cm and 23cm tall. One of many similar models that I have listed for sale this week which were bought a few years ago ina job lot of models from a dismantled model railway layout. I had intended to use them as backdrops in dioramas displaying Corgi, Dinky and Spot-On models but have never had the space to do so and reluctantly have decided to sell them on to someone who can make more use of them. They are many years old and have been in storage for several years and as a result some may benefit from some slight attention, in terms of chimney pots, drainpipes, doors and windows etc. As I did not make these, I am not sure what they were originally supposed to look like.
