Sheffield sterling fish service bone-handled, wood box

Set of 12 forks and 12 knives in felt-lined wooden box with a removable tray. Marks are as follows, on both forks and knives: maker's mark is W.Y (could not find corresponding maker), followed by Sheffield crown and lion, date stamp is either 1909 or (less likely) 1903. Handles appear to be bone, a couple have small cracks but are useable. Engraving is art nouveau flowers, very beautiful. On the knives, t are additional marks that appear to be: L B [iron cross] S A. Knives are 8.25 inches, forks are 7 inches long. If you have additional questions or would like more photos, please ask.
