This magnificent Silver King Roy Rogers belt was made to match a Bohlin Dick Dixon Saddle as used by Roy Rogers. Roy is quite often seen wearing one of these belts in his movies etc. The belt was made by a company called Silver King whom in the early 60s made a lot of the Bohlin Belt Buckles that you see. The Bohlin buckle that is also shown in the picture is stamped on the back SK implying that this was made by Silver King for Bohlin. Please note the buckle is not included. As you can see from the close up pictures, the engraving is some of the finest that you will ever see and rivals Bohlin engraving from the 1940s. Notice the deepness of the cuts and the sharpness of the lines. The belt is 1.1/2" wide and 35.1/2" measured from the end to the first hole. The furthest hole is 38" and there is room for more holes to be punched if required. There is 4" from the furthest hole to the end of the belt. The belt has only been used for display, never worn.In today's prices, this belt would cost well in excess of $2000.00USDNote: Buckle NOT included in this auction. This auction is for the belt only!
