Offered is a List of Slaves on Cardif (or Cardist) Plantation. T is no date on it, but the watermark on the paper is 1798 from A. Blackwell. T is a date on back of 1790 in pencil along with other penciled figures which have either been erased or faded. However, that date can't be correct if the paper is watermarked 1798. Cardiff Plantation was owned by Eliphalet Fitch, who also owned Stokes Hall Plantation in Jamaica. It lists 168 slaves by name and "employment" along with an inventory of supplies and accounting of stock. On back t is a valuation of slaves and stock. First page is detached and t are folds and small holes from age and folding. I have taken many pictures, but if you would like more detailed pictures or detail photos not included, just let me know.
