This is a very nice uniform from the Spanish American War era. It is from the 8th New York Military Volunteers. It is a khaki uniform with blue trim around the neck and cuff of the sieves. Over all t is normal wear and in very good condition. The jacket is in very good condition all seams but the back of the one sleeve .At the one shoulder t is about a 3" section that is loose ,but is not disconnected to w t is a hole. All the all buttons on the jacket are tight. The only problem I have seen on the shirt it a couple very small stains that you should see in the picture and t is two button missing on the right pockets. The pants are also in very good condition with normal wear and one small hole about 1/2 " long beside a seam . All the seams and buttons are tight and all t T is no sizes on the shirt or pants ,but I can give you any measurements that might help. The jacket it's about 16" across the shoulders, from the top of the collar to the bottom of the jacket is about 26" and the slaves are about 22" from the shoulder to the cuff. The pants have buttons for suspenders and t is a buckle in the back to tighten the waist. I did not find any tears or holes. The waist is about 28" to 30" and the inseam is about 25".This is a great uniform. If you would like any pictures please e-mail me. Thanks for looking ! Payment due within 7 days of ... read more
