Standard Masonic Monitor by Simons 1899 revision

This auction is for a turn-of-the-century Standard Masonic Monitor by George E. Simons published in 1899 by Redding & Company Masonic Goods of New York.
The book is leather bound with a folding cover that has no distinguishing markings. It measures 4 inches wide by 5.5 inches long. ~250 pages with numerous illustrations. The pages are all very clean and free of marks except for pages 82 and 83 where it appears someone was learning the Geometry speech of the middle chamber and made a few pencil notations.
