Stephen W. Meader's handwritten diaries from 1932-1975

Mr. Meader published 40 novels for youth. These diaries provide not only a picture of the author's life, but also a picture of life in America during that time. He felt the horrors of the depression and comments on news of the time, such as the death of the "Lindy" baby. The books are in good "used condition", meaning some bindings are loose or worn. However, no pages are torn or scribbled on. Sometimes, though, his handwriting is hard to read, especially as he got older.
