My husband and I are private collectors of Victorian Art Glass. We fell in love with the beauty and are amazed by the workmanship primarily in the applied glass (flowers/fruits/leaves). Through our years of traveling and then eventually EBAY we sought out many unique and beautiful pieces. We are now finding it necessary to downsize our collection. We will be offering many pieces for sale over the coming months so if you too have an appreciation of the beautiful art glass created during that era please add us to your FAVORITE SELLERS. Thank you.
This pitcher has a vibrant blue outside with a cased white interior body. It has a clear applied handle that transforms into a branch at the base of the handle. The branch is adorned with two milky white flowers that have clear/pink speckled centers. The body of the vase is smooth at the bottom and changes to a ribbed exterior as it approaches the top of the vase. It has a rough pontil. It is unsigned but was probably made by Stevens & Williams or Harrach. It measures approximately 8 3/4 inches high and is in good condition with no chips or cracks. T is a very small rough area at the end of the branch. Additional photos can be supplied upon request. View our feedback and bid with confidence.
