THE STORY OF EDDYSTONE THE BALDWIN LOCOMOTIVE WORKS PHILADELPHIA published in 1928.The book is a hardcover with worn corners, edges and binding. There are marks, smudges and worn marks on the cover and back of book. There is a slight smell of mildew and has moisture damage with mildew marks and rippled pages. There is discoloration and one tear was found on the middle top of the last blank page. Please see photos . The book measures 11 ½ ” by 8 ½ ” and has 75 pages. The FOREWARD, dated November 1, 1928, reads: “In the following story of the development and completion of the Eddystone Plant, no attempt has been made to give a detailed description of the shops.
