This was on original greenback 30th Div patch, and during the war, some Soldiers would have this added, or do it themselves because of the nick name given to the 30th Div as "Roosevelt's SS troops" for t hard fighting and valor. Soon after, these were order to either removed form the uniform, or changed back because of the "SS" markings. NO GLOW . This does NOT glow under a blacklight, has the green back and is original. 3-day inspection for returns. Buyer has 3 days to return this if it is not authentic.
