Had this for years in non smoking home. Externally, this Teddy is close to flawless. No rips, no stains, no fur matting, no missing articles, etc. Use to work perfect when my daughter was little (now she's 16). I just put fresh batteries in it for testing. Cassette plays, when cassette door is open a little (won't play when cassette door closed tight for some reason). On/off/volume knob works and volume goes up and speaker sounds great. However, for some reason, animatronic eyes and mouth not working. It used to, so I'm thinking it could be fixed by someone that knows how to work on these. The fantastic external appearance makes this one worth getting back to working order. Comes with 4 books and the one working tape. Uncle Grubby is the tape, and that book is included.
