Theodore Haviland, Limoges, France, SHERATON, 41 Piece Set - Vintage, 1960's Beautiful, near mint Sheraton (Louis XIV Shape) tableware set by Haviland. The edges are finely scalloped and each piece has a thick gilded rim and accent. This is a discontinued pattern. Eight place settings each consisting of a dinner plate, a salad plate, a bread & butter plate (or dessert plate), a cup, and a saucer. The set also has the creamer and covered sugar. Dinner plates measure 10 3/8". Salad plates measure 7 5/8". Bread & Butter plates measure 6 1/2". No chips or cracks; very little wear - most pieces show no wear at all. It's a nearly perfect set. NOTE that there are only 7 cups (the set is missing one cup). Manufactured in the 1960's.
