VALITCHKA PIPES, Est. 1998 Description

*UNSMOKED* BREBBIA New Old Stock
CROCE D'ORO = Golden Cross
1960-1968 MPB Logo
Pristine Fat Rhodesian

Offering an early pipe from 1960-1968, M.P.B.'s BREBBIA, in an unsmoked and pristine CROCE D'ORO model. It's from the timeframe when the Diamond logo was solid and had MPB, which stands for Manifatture Pipe Brebbia. The company started with the MPB brand and logo back in 1960, and changed to the lozenge shape logo in 1968, and in 1976 the company name was changed to Pipe Brebbia Srl, but still under family style management.
This pipe is in mint unsmoked condition, and has a very nubby hand-carved finish, very reminiscent of the Castello SEA ROCK finish, and the top is stained dark like some of the Castello Old Antiquary pipes. It comes with all the original stuff, the box, pouch, a little tag on a string and a label on the stem. The box itself has some shelf wear but the rest is in great shape. It's fat rhodesian shape is a favorite among many, and finding one that's 50 plus years old and unsmoked is quite a treat. Lightly polished and is ready to smoke.
