Listed for 3 Days only is a WW2, Japanese, Naval Parade Sword with Scabbard! This is a very rare sword to find as most Japanese Naval swords ended up at the bottom of the Pacific! This examples blade rates excellent with no nicks or bends, the end of the blade has a few small spots of pitting(many more pictures are available upon request). The hilt also rates excellent and retains approx. 50% of its gold gilt. The handguard is beautifully decorated and has the Naval Acceptance Stamp. T are some tiny light dings on the underside of the guard. The folding scabbard latch functions nicely. The same grip rates excellent with some light soiling and retains its twisted, brass wire. The leather scabbard with beautiful gilt fittings shows some heavy wear and repair work to the leather, (between the two, top fittings). The leather seam is also starting to separate at the back of the top half of the scabbard. Overall, a nice, very hard to find, WW2, Japanese Naval Parade Sword!
