'Acapulco' Design by Villeroy & Boch 2 Handled Soup Bowl/Coupe and Saucer The saucer is just a fraction over 18.5cm diameter and the bowl is 12cm diameter (not including handles) and 5cm high. In perfect condition apart from some utensil marks on the saucer and a slight chip on the underside of the bowl (pictured). The Acapulco pattern was d esigned by Christine Reuter in 1967 and is typical of the designs of that time. Based on Mexican art but with the psychedelic influence of the 60's very strong in this brightly coloured range. There is a newer 'Acapulco' pattern but this is the original one.
