Vintage 1950's folding knives, Imperial, Rhode Island & Fraternity, lot of 2

Up for auction are two vintage 1950's celluloid folding pocket knives. One was made by Imperial of Providence, Rhode Island. It has a fish with scales on it, and is approximately 6 inches long. The other one says "Fraternity" and it says Germany and some sort of logo. That one is five inches long. They belonged to my husband's grandfather. They are in somewhat worn condition. I don't know how to clean them or if they can be clean. We are downsizing.
My husband told me that the one with the fish is one that he used when he was a child and fishing with his grandfather. The other one belonged to his grandfather which he used for shaving.
Please refer to the pictures as they are part of the description.
