Vintage 1967 Fender Coronado II Wildwood I Hollowbody Tremolo RARE 6 lb 11.6 oz

1967 Fender Coronado II Wildwood I

You are bidding on a 1967 Fender Coronado Wildwood I, made in USA. This guitar is part of Fender's Wildwood series. The color in the wood was achieved by injecting dye into growing trees. This guitar was part of a personal collection and it has been stored in the case and setup regularly. This Wildwood Coronado is one of a kind and it would be an excellent addition for any player or Collector.
The tremolo arm is a vintage Repro and it looks and feels just like the original. Frets show heavy wear, although there are no dead spots or fret buzz. It plays really well and has an amazing single coil hollow body tone. The neck is straight, and the truss rod works well. There is light finish wear on the edges and back of the neck, which makes the guitar play and feel just right. The original finish shows plenty of small finish checking and long finish checking lines.
Over all the guitar is very solid and the neck pocket is tight without any damage. Other than the tremolo arm, the guitar is all original. The serial number was unfortunately removed sometime in the 70's, according to the last owner. The pickups and electronics work great. sold as-is.
