Vintage 33p BLUE WILLOW Child Dinner Set OCCUPIED JAPAN

is an absolutely complete set of beautiful Blue Willow Children's, 8 Place Settings, Antique Dinnerware. It is vintage, Made in Occupied Japan and dates from 1946-8. I can testify that this set has been in my family since it was new and the pieces were NOT mingled with other sets!! T is no box as my Mother thought the boxes did not protect the sets well enough and threw them all out. Alas!

This wonderful little dinner set is in excellent condition!! T are NO chips or cracks. T is a slight discoloration inside the creamer and one plate has a mistransfer/washed out area about 3/4" round. A bleach rince may help the creamer. These do not at all deter from the set!

The tea pot stands 3 1/4" tall and is 4 1/2" from handle to spout. The sugar is 2 1/2" tall and 3" across. The creamer is 2" tall and 2 1/2" across. The covered tureen is 2 1/2" tall and 5" long; the platter is 6 1/4" across and 3 7/8" wide.

This set has a plated gravy dish 3" long and 2 1/4" wide. You do NOT find this gravy boat in many sets!!

The 8 saucers are 3 3/8" across and the 8 cups are 1 1/8" tall and 2 1/4" across, 2 3/4" with handle. Finally, the 8 plates are 3 7/8" across.

Each and every piece, including cups, is marked: Made in Occupied Japan!! The mark on the sugar bowl is almost rubbed away, but visible. On many sets
