VINTAGE BODY BY FISHER Napoleonic COACH Emblem BUICK

Rare VINTAGE BODY BY FISHER Napoleonic coach Emblem Logo BUICK GM PLANT Dealer Wall Display

My first pictures picked up the reflection of our cedar ceiling due to a flash. Fisher adopted the prestigious Napoleonic Coach as its emblem in 1923, symbolizing the ultimate in quality and craftsmanship. This logo/emblem was featured in factory literature and advertising for Fisher Body/GM. A display like this would hang in the plants. This particular coach was hung in a dealership for many years and removed when the owner retired. The Napoleonic coach sits regally in a glass framed wall display. The coach is made of some type of a gold colored material possibly brass or tin. It is 14 inches long and 7.5 inches tall and over a quarter inch in thickness. It has "BUICK" and "Body by Fisher" on gold colored plates under the Napoleonic Coach. The wall display itself is approximately 18 inches wide by 23.5 inches long and 3 inches deep. The frame has as appearance of a darker wood, but I believe is a harder type of plastic material. The back has a small label that credits " DISPLAY Corporation INTERNATIONAL" for the display box with handwritten numbers of 24 D CL. Someone placed a piece of masking tapeon the bottom portion of the back of the display. I have not opened the display as I didn't want to take away from its value. Don't miss
