Up for bidding is an official Boy Scout Bridgeport axe and nail puller with a single piece handle. It was manufactured between 1960 and 1965. It measures 12 1/2 inches long by 4 7/8 inches at its widest. The Boy Scout logo and Bridgeport appear on the head. Where Bridgeport appears looks as if it has been used for a hammer. The red paint is worn, but I think all of this gives the piece character. The book value is $40 to $60.
