Corbin nickel plated brass door knob complete with the original screws and a working key. The art deco style makes it a truly beautiful piece of hardware. The copper plate that protects the locking mechanism has a latest patent date of Mar 21 1905. I don't think they are quite that old, because they came from the Kansas City Power and Light building which was completed in the 1930s. The door knob will have some minor nicks and scratches, which is consistent with 80+ years of use.It can be used on a Left in-swing or right in-swing door. It can be setup to need to use the key every time its opened or only when its locked using the twist lock on the inside like a normal door (this depends on what kind of strike plate you use).Dimensions: Total dimensions 5" wide x 4" tall -- Each door knob weights about 5 pounds Cutout of door required to install door knob 2" tall x 3.75" wide Will adjust to a door thickness between 1.25" - 2" The second to last photo shows that I also have the brass version available in my eBay store. The last photo shows how they look installed on a door.Ships within a business day of payment. Thanks!!
