Back in the 70's through the 90's, I had a clock shop in Carmel, CA called "The Timepeace". I sold a lot of Vienna Regulators, and had a warehouse up in San Francisco where they were refurbished to be put on sale in the store. In the early 80's there was a fire in the warehouse, and a lot of clocks were destroyed. We salvaged what we could from the rubble--a couple of dozen weights and a few other miscellaneous parts. Everything else was either burned or damaged by the salt water used to fight the fire. The reddish color on the brass of the weights is from the salt water. Therre is some smoke discoloration from the fire. These weights will buff up beautifully. To prove it, the last photo is of one of my own clocks that I restored using a similar pendulum bob and weights. I believe it requires a buffing machine, and I know it took a significant amount of time for me to get that high polish. If you don't have a buffer, I could be talked into buffing them for you, but it won't be any too cheap because it's a lot of work. The weights weigh about 3.5 lbs each and are about 4.25 inches tall by 1.25 inches in diameter. It's difficult to predict all the possible questions buyers might have, so feel free to ask questions and even request a special photo. I want whoever buys these to be happy that they did.
