Vibrant cobalt blue and white plate with the mark "Abbey 1790, England" on the back. I don't know if this would be classified as Flow Blue or Blue Transfer or what! But it is really gorgeous! T is a tiny, tiny chip along the edge (see photo). It cannot be seen looking from the front of the plate. In looking at it with my trusty magnifying glass, it almost looks like a manufacturing flaw, but it is not glazed over. The back of the plate is sort of speckled with dots of the blue glaze. I don't know the age of this plate, but it appears to be quite old. Diameter is 9 inches.
