The Story:

Okay, we received this old lock from a soon to be 89 year old military veteran cleaning out his shed. He served dutifully in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in the late 1930's and later after war broke out in 1941 he re-enlisted into the U.S. Air Force (USAF). He was posted to Italy during European Theater of World War II. He was present and working at the Bikini Atoll A-Bomb* tests in the Pacific in 1946. He served honorably until late 1953 before retiring from military service permanently .
