Vintage Japanese Morimura Bros. Art Deco Hand Painted Floral Candy Dish Bowl. This square-shaped bowl dish bowls to an rounded bowl shape as it moves toward the center. The four corners fold upwards like flower pedal and the sides curve down and back up as it reaches the opposite corner. Opposite the floral side is a light green pastel lustreware portion that appears as two peaks, one small and a large one. The dish is marked on the bottom with a light blue five pedal cherry blossom flower with the words, "Made in Japan" below. This mark indicates this candy dish was made in the mid-1920s. The dish is in excellent condition. Add this cool and unique example of early Japanese Art Deco to your collection today. Thank you for your continued interest and business!!
