The Woodcraft knife was designed by George W. Brooks in 1914 and made for him by Webster Marble. Marble Arms & Manufacturing offered the knife for sale in 1915 marked PATENT PENDING and received the patent in 1916. When the patents ran out in 1930 most every other knife manufacturer started making this most popular knife.I will be listing a great many woodcraft knives in the coming days and weeks.
