You are bidding on a vintage menu from the Pink Rooster. The Pink Rooster was located in Stripling's Department Store in downtown Fort Worth. It was the place to go for lunch when you shopped at the downtown stores. On the inside the menu us dated Wednesday, July 25, 1962. T are all kinds of delicious items to choose from...the most expensive being the Steak Special for $1.40. Of course you could also get the Pink Rooster Salad consisting of Shredded Chicken Breast, Smoked Tongue, Baked Ham, Celery, Tomato Wedge, Peas on Lettuce. Very unusual salad if you ask me! You could also get a Gooseliver Sandwich. Quite an interesting menu! The prices are amazingly low by today's standards. Of course a dollar bought a lot more back then.

The menu measures 11 3/4" x 8 3/4". It is folded down the middle so the total size is double that. That is the size of the front page. It is in excellent condition. It does have a tiny crease on the very tip of the right top corner. The color is great without age browning or fading.
