Up for bid is 1 of 2 Early Electric Antique ceiling light fixtures. None of the mirrored pieces are broken or loose, but the silver on the mirror is spotted and does show some age as can be expected. I have done some research and find that these were probably made between the 1880s and 1905. I don't know the exact producer of these fixtures. The top is embossed "Follonsbee Steel Follansbee Forge fire door standard 20 lbs" These measure 7.5 inches in diameter.I have 2 of these available.I would be open to hearing offers on the pair. I found a website that is selling these for $750 a piece! /2009/11/08/antique-mirrored-shades-are-hot-collectables/Light bulbs are reproductions of antique bulbs circa 1910 and are not included, but can be purchased for an additional $15 each if so desired.
