Beautiful unusual Bridal/Wedding Gown/Dress.

Perfect for Remodelling Dressmaking project or Refurbishing.

I believe it to be Silk or Satin - it definately is not Polyester or Viscose as it has a thicker, quality luxury feel to it.

It has an unboned panelled bodice, the neckline of which has a 'scalloped' edging. The bodice has a small v shaped back, Zip closing on the dress completed with a silk bow (popper needs replacing).

The 'train' of the bodice has the same scalloped edging which separates the train in two parts to add a mock layer to the train which is then attached to the skirt of the dress.

The dress flares out to an A-line shape full skirt. It is fully lined and has net addded at the bottom half of the underskirt at the bottom to give volume to the dress

The straps have handmade silk Roses and leaves hand sewn onto both straps (pictured) their attachment is shown in pictures 4 ,5 and 6.

I bought it and another dress from a Antique market in Brussels (mini-break) about 5 years ago intending to get it fitted and dry cleaned for my wedding.

(However I ended up getting a different style dress for my 'Weddingmoon' abroad)
