Vintage Phar Lap Horse racing Press Photo 1932 Caliente Workout Description I am pleased to offer an extremely rare original time press photo of Phar Lap with his trainer Harry Telford holding the the Australian super horse. Phar Lap was in San Francisco preparing for the the 1932 Agua Caliente Handicap. Phar Lap was one of the greatest thoroughbreds of all time winning every major Australian race as well as the biggest race in Mexico.
