This is a VERY RARE antique tin toy fire station, fire house. I do not know the maker, or the year this was made. I am assuming its from the 1930-1940's. It is in good condition for its age. The doors open and close easily. There is a bell on the top, but I'm not sure it works properly. There is a fire alarm on one side, see the photos. The paint is mostly in good shape, but one side does have some peeling. It is fairly large, it measures about 19.5" long and 9" wide. Its not heavy but due to the size, the shipping will be a bit expensive. Please contact me with any questions prior to the close of the auction. Thanks to another eBay'er I have discovered that this is a Kingsbury toy, circa 1920's. THe "bell" on the top does turn, but is stiff. It did pop open the doors once and the bell did ring once. I didn't want to turn it too much, because like I said, I'm not really sure how it is supposed to work. I did a bit of research to see if there are many of these around and evidently there are not too many in good condition.
