Vintage Tlaqupaque/Tonala Pottery Charger/Tray - 'Lineman' c 1930's MEXICO

For sale is a Vintage Tlaquepaque/Tonala Pottery Charger/Tray circa 1930's Jalisco, MEXICO. This large charger measures 17 inches across and is in very good condition; no cracks, breaks, chips or repairs. My guess is this piece of art is attributed to the artist, 'Lineman,' described in Donna McMenamin's book, ' Popular Arts of Mexico, 1850 - 1950 .' This burnished piece is a very rare and excellent work of Mexican folk art dating to the 1930's. The back of the charger is impressed, "MADE IN MEXICO.
