Cute little Mousey-girl! Measures approx 3 3/4" tall to the tip of her right ear. Marked 1970 KAMAR INC JAPAN on bottom. Excellent condition except for two 2mm chigger bites on top of tail that I believe were from the manufacturing process...They don't look like chew marks.Tail moves, and so does her head. I have collected trolls since I bought my first little Wishnik, "Butterball", at Zayre's Department Store in the summer of 1968...she was 99 cents and I was only 10... I first had to ask for the money. My dad, (working on a car with a friend in our garage), gave me a dollar bill, after a light-hearted "value of a dollar" speech and hollared, "bring back the change!", as they both chuckled, and swiftly rode away on my blue Schwinn Breeze . This was my "Summer of Love" because it was the start of a lifelong addiction to trolls of every size, shape, and style. Butterball was with me at all times. I washed her buttery-yellow hair every day. I bought squares of felt for 3 cents apiece and designed and made all her outfits. She had her own special seat in the front basket of my bike, and I even made her a house from a cut-down cardboard box along with fruniture made from old ring boxes, wooden thread spools, felt, beads, and scraps of fabric from my grandma's "ragbag".
