we go again... A returning friend is cleaning out and selling a number of items as well as some collectible items! All items are described to the best of our ability and all will sell without reserve on a one-time-only listing. A neat opportunity if you are in the market! This item is an antique and a piece for a vintage home. This is a marble sink and basin that is probably from a Victorian home – it was a take out of years ago and has been in storage since. Size of sink top is 2 feet across and 20 inches deep, the back piece that mounts on the wall behind and above sink is also 2 feet across, is 10 inches tall and is about an inch thick. Basin or bowl itself is 14.5 inches long and by 11.5 inches the other direction. Bowl is loose as it is currently held, so would need remounting and sealing to the main top. Piece is used, is quite old, and includes two faucets and each faucet has no handle – these are not the originals, but replacements. Some chips and dings and t, some minor cracks, but nothing structural or that would make it useless. My guess would be that the original faucets were probably nickel plated given the piece. Overall, the unit needs cleaning and polishing, item is not perfect, but could easily be worked on and become presentable and useable again.
