It consists of very dimensional, thick sculptural silver links in two designs ~ t are oval silver links that are inlaid with oval domed rich red jasper cabochons ~ these alternature with rectangular silver links that have beveled edges ~ a super combination for a great look! The links are connected at the top on the backs of the links which allows the necklace to lay gracefully around your neck when worn. The clasp is a tongue and box closure that works perfectly and closes with a crisp 'click'. This necklace is extremely well made ~ it is a sophisticated, classical design that will always be fashionable ~ a signed, highly collectible vintage Taxco necklace!
