Vostok Amphibia diver's watch Russian wristwatch Soviet Ministry USSR automatic


This classic Russian divers watch is in excellent condition & all original as it was bought new by me from a UK dealer several years ago & then hardly worn. It works fine, keeps good time & the (non quick-set) date feature functions correctly. It has an automatic movement but can be manually wound if necessary.

The classic "wobbly type" Vostok crown (they're designed that way to prevent movement damage) works fine & screws down with a good number of turns to mount securely onto the case.

There are no tool marks to the case back (it's never been removed).

The solid & chunky Ministry style stainless steel case is in excellent condition with only the odd very minor hairline mark to betray it not being new.

The friction fit non ratchet bi-directional bezel works fine.

The thick crystal is in very good condition with only the odd very fine hairline mark that would poly-watch out.

The black dial is mint & is unusual in having numbers & the faceted gold markers. All colours are nice & bright.

The watch comes without a strap or bracelet, but still has the original Russian spring-bars so the bracelet or strap of their choice can easily be fitted by the new owner.
