This auction is for a mint in the box Watt Pottery 7-piece popcorn set. This set is complete. All of the pottery pieces are in the cherry pattern. T are four snack bowls, a medium sized pitcher, and a salt shaker. T is a tin of "Betty Zane" popcorn. All of the pieces are mint with no wear. The popcorn tin is unopened, shiny, and has no corrosion. All of the pottery looks unused. The box is in good shape - a little dirty on top. T is brown packing tape on the bottom of the box -- I imagine it's original, it would have needed something to hold it together. It went up one side a little bit at one time, and t is a little brown tape residue t, but not much. The text is the same on both sides, but on one side t is also an original price tag. I bought this set in the Detroit area at an antique show. The price tag says, "Demerry's Detroit", and "$2.99". The neat thing about the box top is that the whole popcorn illustration is diecut and will pop up out of the top for display. T is a slight fold to the top from when the popup would have displayed. T are small, minor, bump wears at the corners of the top and bottom, but t are no tears or significant wear. A rare set, amazing shape.
