They have an impressed mark suggesting a 1955 date. The condition on all these lovely plates is excellent. No chips, cracks, hairlines, crazing or restoration. A few plates show very superficial utensil wear. These beautiful plates present Beautifully!
Plates are 9.25" In Diameter x 3/4" inch depth. Weight set, unpacked: 4 lbs., 9 oz.
Stamp Marked:" The Webb House, Wethersfield, Conn. Built in 1752. In this house, known as Hospitality Hall; in 1781, Washington, Rochambeau and others, held council in regard to the siege of Yorktown, which resulted in ending the Revolutionary War. Made in England for Connecticut Society Colonial Dames- Wedgwood of Etruria & Barlaston Made in England." Also, impressed mark: "Wedgwood 7 x 55"
