We have sold under ebay user id glassandgardens for numerous years. Please see our feedback under glassandgardens. In 1889 a group of investors took the risk of founding a glass company - it became the Westmoreland Glass Company of Grapeville, Pennsylvania and had a successful history that spanned nearly 100 years and today is highly collected. This is a delightful pattern produced by Westmoreland known as Paneled Grape which was produced from the late 1940 's until 1985. It was also known as line #1881. The pattern was one of Westmoreland's most enjoyed and today highly collected. This is a three part mayonnaise set in milk glass white in this lovely pattern. The item is number PG-41. The three piece set includes the fruit cocktail bow, the saucer and the ladle. The bowl and saucer are marked with the Westmoreland mark. The item can be seen in the Westmoreland Glass The Popular Years 1940 - 1985 by Kovear on page 132. The saucer is 5 3/4" across. The footed bowl is 2 5/8" tall and 4" across the top. The round bottom ladle is 5 1/4" long. The set has a beautiful shiny finish and all pieces are in excellent condition with no signs of use. This would be a delightful set to add to any condition. We accept Paypal, Money orders and Personal Checks (with time to clear). Buyer to pay shipping and handling charges of $12.50 and insurance costs.
