Accepting bids now on this really nice piece. White Stag [Hirsch-Weiss] 1950s fishing creel -A nice piece of antique fishing gear to go along with your old fishing equipment collection. The bag portion is fully lined with a sort of soft mylar plastic material. The back of the canvas.creel has an apron made of the same material maybe as a way of isolating the soaked bag from the fisherman.

The creel features a strong adjustable shoulder-carry strap, and a sturdy steel closure clasp. The front of the heavy khaki canvas bag displays the WhiteStag silkscreened logo.

Condition: This article is what you'd call old new stock. It had been on the shelf unsold, and in storage for years. Never used. The lining has a bit of age yellowing but is still soft & pliable with no cracking.
