MARK Unique mark of pseudo Chinese Characters

DECORATION Finely painted underglaze blue & bright enamel colours

& gold & includes eight different formal panels broken up

by Japanese crests or mons around a central panel with

a twisted prunus wreath.

This pattern is known as "The old Mosiac Pattern"

Small area of burst glaze bubbles on rear of plate (caused in the kiln)

No chips,cracks or restoration
