You are bidding on a nice set of 4 WORLD LANDMARK SERIES BOOKS These hardcover books are in GOOD condition. The pages are clean and without creases or tears. The bindings are good with no loose pages or separations. The covers have soiling and spines have some wear and bumped corners. PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES FOR MORE DESCRIPTIVE INFORMATION. 1. ALEXANDER THE GREAT. Written By John Gunther and Illustrated by Isa Barnett, 1953. This book is in overall good+ condition! Nice clean pages. The covers/spine have some fraying on the top of the spine. 2. LAWRENCE OF ARABIA, By Alistair Maclean, Illustrated by Gil Walker, 1962. The book is in good+ condition, and has a name written on the first page. Reading pages are clean. There is some light fraying on the covers/spine. 3. THE CRUSADES, By Anthony West, Illustrated by Carl Rose, 1954. This book is in very good condition. Clean reading pages. The dust jacket is in good condition. Covers/spine have light fraying. 4. WILLIAM THE CONQUEROR, By Thomas B. Costain, Illustrated by Jack Coggins,1959. This book is in good condition, but has some fraying on the covers and spine. It was also a library book at one point and has the usual library markings in it - including the back pocket for cards. Please feel free to ask any questions.
