This is a pair of ww2 german u-boat binoculars in excellent condition with no dents or damage of anykind, clear optics need cleaning, these have all of the rubber armor, the bottom pieces are good with no splits and the upper pieces have seperated from the piece that goes around were you put your eye, and they have a little split on the flat spot that faces user about a 1/4 inch long in the same place on both sides but not bad. Lens caps fit good, Has about 98% plus paint, eyepieces are adjustable and the neck strap is broke on one end, has spare amber lenses that were in the case pockets under lid, these are coded BEH for ERNST LEITZ and serial# 474091 and 7x50 power, no dates or any other markings. Case is in decent shape the carrying strap is gone and the belt loops are gone and the lid is separating, appears case is made of pressed paper so these are probably later war, no markings on case that i can find so t probably faded out, snaps for the spare lens pockets work fine and the closure strap is intact. Overall a nice pair of binoculars, NO RESERVE and ask any questions thanks
