Maker marked "ET 64" Original Imperial German M1916 helmet shell (project) for you to complete. One of the previous owners scraped all paint off the exterior. I repainted exterior with correct 'feldgrau' green enamel. Original interior paint remains with what looks like a wax or oil coating. I am scaling way back and selling a bunch of stuff. Including the original size 64 M1917 liner ring and repro liner pads as shown in pics. Note that liner pads are from the M1916 model that you might be able to make work (will require removing from leather band, stitching a small stitch to retain the tie string, then inserting into band-- from what I'm told). Sorry, I didn't get any pins (but these are periodically available from other ebay sellers for modest prices). Very nice, solid shell with no dents.
