World War II Foot LockerStenciled "Frank A. Zimmerman, Lt. Signal Corps, 0-412560".The metal tag on top reads:"William Bal CorporationContract W669 ECF-291November 14, 1934Specification No. 23-79APhiladelphia QM Depot"It measures 32" by 17" by 14" and weighs 40 pounds. All hinges and clasps work as they should, but there is no key. The leather handle on the left is broken, the right is intact but weak.Lt. Zimmerman's nephew told me that he served during WWII, was very involved in the development and use of radar, and traveled extensively around the world setting up radar stations.
