I believe that these are sometimes called "Shoe-Pacs" or something like that. These are the same style that was issued during WWII but they are dated 1950. They are size 10W, but I am an 11 4E and they fit me fine. I used to wear them at reenactments at Ft. Indiantown Gap in the snow and they were great. They have a thick felt pad and plenty of room for your toes.Although this style was issued in WWII they were in short supply and especially at the Battle of the Bulge GI's whose feet froze in 2 buckle boots wished they had them. They are in good condition although they show some wear. The rubber is still fine and not hard at all and the leather uppers are very supple. The label inside says:HOOD RUBBER CODA 30-200 QM 7721DEC.2.50 W10I should be able to do better on international shipping, but I would have to check for individual countries.
