This is a silver like and possibly rhinestone necklace not sure what it is made of or what the jewels are but i think it may be vintage not sure but it is beautiful could use a cleaning I don't clean things like this because I don't want to devalue them. It looks to be in great condition.Also a Kramer necklace! I don't know much about it it looks to be in great condition may need to be cleaned I don't clean jewlery like this to avoid devaluing it!
