Northwood Carnival Glass 1908-1925

Just think of the name "Northwood" and visions of Peacocks, Acorn Burrs, Grape & Cable, Hearts & Flowers, Rose Show, and a veritable myriad of dazzling colors, in masterpieces of the mould-makers art, spring instantly to mind. Regardless of the fact that it was only one among many types of glass produced by the legendary Harry Northwood, no other name has become more synonymous with the beautiful iridescent glass that we have come to call "carnival."
