Garage Sale and Flea Market Annual 12th Edition

Finally, it seems - at least if you listen to the optimists - things are starting to turn around. Christmas shoppers spent considerably more last year, they say; the number of the newly unemployed is slowing; and TV economists point to other sure signs of recove1y. In the antiques arena , if we view the proverbial glass as half full , we can see signs of revival. But it's far from the furor of the '90s. Though we hate to admit it, most of us who are the 'old timers' in the antiques and collectibles business will now and then admit to each other that in all honesty, we don't think the market will ever fully rebound. It's like speaking ill of the dead, though, and we are careful to whom we express our feelings. But even as we reminisce about the 'good old days,' at even a hint of improvement, the old enthusiasm begans to mount once again.
