Fostoria Stemware: The Crystal for America

As one of the first glass companies to recognize the value of advertising and the first to introduce a complete dinner service in crystal, the Fostoria Glass Company, Inc., of Moundsville, West Virginia, was unique. Throughout its 99-year history, the first four of which were spent in Fostoria, Ohio, Fostoria concentrated on making quality, affordable crystal, and eventually advertised Fostoria crystal as "The Crystal for America."
